This morning at Revitalise in Brighton will be a treat for yourself to slow down, make some space and let go, honouring the Autumnal Yin energies.
We will begin with drinking a heart warming cup of nourishing cacao and dive into a Shamanic drum journey to rest and receive any insights.
From there we will explore a bit of somatic movement for the body to some gentle music and settle in some soothing Yin Poses.
We will finish with a deeply relaxing sound bath and oracle card sharing.
