Join Louise on 31st of January to enjoy a full 2 hour Hatha Yoga practice including Asana (poses) Pranayama (breath work), Meditation and Relaxation.
With weekly classes being just an hour it is often hard to fit in all elements of a full Yoga practice, which is not just about the poses. The asana help to get you energy flowing ,release an excess energy and prepare you for stillness. A long relaxation helps you to absorb the physical practice and rest deeply leaving you feeling more connected to your quieter, blissful self. The pranayama (breath) further helps you to quieten and settle the mind, to help you dive deep in meditation.
Louise will be exploring the 4 of these elements in each of the Monday night Hatha classes at Revitalise from 5th January 6-7pm;
5th - Yamas/ Niyamas (the ways of being in the world and with yourself on and off the mat) and Asana (poses)
12th - Asana with a long relaxation
19th - Asana and particular focus on pranayama
26th - Asana and particular focus on meditation
These classes can be booked through Revitalise as usual and can be done as stand alone classes, you don't have to do them all but I encourage it if you can.
The extended class on 31st is open to all whether you have been on a Monday evening or not. Max 10 spaces.
Lets start the year with dedication to our practice for the benefit for not only ourselves, but those we come into contact with too! When we are in our best energy, we will be able to be there for each other too.
