Join Lizzie and Louise for a celebration of the Autumn Equinox on the roof terrace at Coast, Worthing.
The Equinox is the mid way point between the Summer Solstice and Winter Solstice where we have equal day and night, it signals the end of summer and the start of Autumn astronomically. This an an opportunity to celebrate the Summer we have just had, to come home to yourself, to tune into what you need for this next season ahead.
Dancing is a wonderful way to connect with yourself and your body. Lizzie and Louise will take you on a journey through uplifting music and then we end with a meditation/ relaxation to feel balanced and centred by the end. You may like to bring a mat for this or you can sit in one of the chairs.
