A fun conscious non guided dance session where we move from gentle music to warm up through disco to house music ending with a relaxation on the floor to end. Come and shake off the week and dance like no one is watching!
There is also the option to buy a cup of ceremonial cacao. Cacao is a slow release energy which contains anandamide, the bliss molecule and releases serotonin so it is a wonderfully uplifting and heart opening drink to dance with!

Please arrive from 7.15pm to get ready to start for 7.30pm.
