Now that we are in Spring time Wednesdays Yin class with change slightly to incorporate a bit of "Yang" movement also.
Yang - Dynamic movement that activates and nourished the muscles
Yin - Slow floor based yoga and breathwork to restore harmony and balance in the body and mind.
A new 6 week course will begin on 27th April to 1st June which will be a journey through the 7 main chakras/ energy centres of the body. This is a great tool for self enquiry and empowerment. You can expect yoga, meditation, mantra and journaling.
