Come Home To Yourself - a Yin workshop for Late Summer

September provides that back to school feeling of the fun more sociable time of Summer drawing to a close and new energy for the next season ahead. In Chinese medicine this is the time to nurture the Earth element. To come home to yourself after being out and about more, to check in with how you are and what you need. Louise will guide you through a Yin practice to help you connect to the stable nurturing element of Mother Earth.  You can also expect gentle breath work, acupressure self massage and a sound bath. The exchange is £35. Places are limited.
